Hershey High School will be administering makeup Keystones the week of December 8 for students to either retake or catch up on previously missed exams.
The Keystone exams are statewide standardized tests for Pennsylvania which test proficiencies in Algebra, Biology, and Literature. The exams are conducted and administered by the state as a necessary part of graduating from high school.
Students making up Biology will come in on December 8 and 9 whereas students making up either Literature or Algebra will take their exams on December 10 and 11.
All students not taking the exams will run on a two-hour delay schedule for those four days, with buses running at normal start time as well as at 2 hour delay time.
Students should have been sent an email if they need to retake an exam as passing the Keystone exams makes it much easier to meet statewide requirements for graduation.
