Nexus Arts Night Will be Held May 15th

On Thursday, May 15th, Hershey High School will hold its annual Nexus Arts night. The event will be held in the high school from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. and will offer art and music from students and staff of HHS.

Open mic will take place in the library. Outside the library, students will sell their art, including crochet, drawings, and handmade jewelry. Students will also run an art auction outside the art room.

Hershey High School AP art students will display their portfolios in the LGI.

Our Goal

Your donation will support the student journalists of Hershey High School. Your contribution will allow us to purchase a new mirrorless digital camera and telephoto lens.

The camera we are working toward is the Sony a7 II Mirrorless Camera. It retails for about $1000 at B&H Photo and Video and comes with a kit lens, a 28-70mm. The lens is a big telephoto suitable for event and sports coverage, Sigma 70-200mm f/2.8 DG DN OS Sports Lens (Sony E). This lens retails for about $1500 at B&H Photo and Video.
