The Hershey Trojans secured another win last Friday night against their rivals, Lower Dauphin. They ended the game 13-3, making their record 4-1.
Within two minutes of the fourth quarter, the Falcons scored 3 points from a field goal. The Trojans now had the ball, with junior Cam Sweeney running 75 yards to score a touchdown, making the score 7-3 in Hershey’s favor. Unexpectedly, Hershey’s senior L.J. Douglas intercepted the ball, running to the end zone.
In the end, the Trojans successfully took the win 13-3 during the last two minutes of the game.
This week, Hershey is competing against Gettysburg for their Homecoming game on September 27th. The Homecoming queen will be announced during the game, and the homecoming dance will be held the following day, September 28th.
