The Hershey Boys Soccer team defeated Central Dauphin East 5-0 on September 4th at home.
Three minutes into the game Shaunak Dalal scored the first goal with the assist of Senior Liam Sontheimer.
With 18 minutes left of the first half, Junior Jack Zakovitch scored the team’s second goal with an assist by Senior Aiden Miller, putting the Trojans in the lead by two goals.
The Panthers struggled to get past the Trojans’ defense. With just 10 minutes left in the first half, Junior Grant Liszka scored the Trojans’ third goal with the assist of Zakovitch, which led them into halftime and ensured the Trojans stayed in the lead.
10 minutes into the second half, Sontheimer scored another goal followed by Senior Abdel Khreisha scoring the final goal ten minutes later leaving the Panthers in the dust.
Hershey’s next game will take place on September 7th at home against Elizabethtown Area High School.
