Hershey Boys Lacrosse Defeats Susquehannock 10-6

Hershey took home a 10-6 win against Susquehannock in the district play-offs, Thursday, May 16, 2019.

Susquehannock started off the first quarter strong, quickly scoring five goals. Despite falling behind 5-2, Hershey began to dust themselves off and eventually got the score to 4-5 by halftime.

By the end of the third quarter, Hershey started to pull through and took the lead with a score of 8-5.

Hershey tacked on two more goals to push the score to 10-6 at the final whistle.

Mark Sickler led the Trojan’s by scoring a total of five goals and two assists.

Nick Rizzo of Hershey also chipped in with two goals and an assist.

This was the boys lacrosse teams last home game of the season, but will continue on in district playoffs.

Hershey’s record is now 13-6, and faces York Catholic at Cumberland Valley High School in the next round of playoffs on Tuesday, May 21, 2019.
