The holiday season is arriving early at Starbucks this year. Today, November 6th, the coffee chain finally rolled out its full 2025 Holiday Menu, and for the first time, a Hello Kitty collaboration that has already started to stir excitement among fans worldwide.
Starbucks’ holiday classics are back: the Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brûlée Latte, Iced Sugar Cookie Latte, and Iced Gingerbread Chai returned to stores nationwide on launch day. Later in the season, customers can expect the comeback of the Chestnut Praline Latte and the fan-favorite Eggnog Latte.
In addition to the drinks, Starbucks reintroduced the Snowman Cookie, Cranberry Bliss Bar, and Sugar Plum Cheese Danish, along with new bakery additions like the Polar Bear Cake Pop and Cinnamon Pull-Apart Bread.
Paired with the holiday menu debut, Starbucks launched a limited-edition collaboration with Hello Kitty. The line includes tumblers, mugs, cold cups, gift cards, and plush collectibles featuring the Sanrio cat dressed in festive winter outfits. Given Hello Kitty’s devoted following, items are expected to sell out quickly.
With new treats, nostalgic flavors, and the Hello Kitty crossover, Starbucks is aiming to make today the kickoff to this holiday season. As temperatures drop and coffee cups heat up, fans can expect the familiar Starbucks’ winter tradition to start to come alive.
