On Friday, February 14th, the Library Advisory Board hosted its annual Pal-N-Tine’s Lunch. Festivities included a raffle, Photo Booth, and Valentine’s themed food.
The raffle prizes are a new book, $10 Amazon gift card, bag of candy, Cocoa Pass, or choice of prize. Each student who attended the Pal-N-Tine’s Day lunch had an opportunity to enter the raffle. (Vivienne Dotts/The Broadcaster)
The event ran over all lunch periods and was organized by Ms. Henning, Mr. Agate, and the Library Advisory Board.

Ms Henning said “Pal-N-Tine’s offered a great opportunity to enjoy good food and conversation with friends. It was also nice to see some new faces join us for the celebration, as well,” when asked how she felt the event went.
The LAB’s next event will be on Friday, March 7th, the national day of unplugging. According to Ms. Henning, the library will “invite teachers to bring their classes in to play games, read books, and just “unplug.” To get involved with the library advisory board, join the Remind @cocoalib.
