
Award-winning author A.S. King will visit the Hershey Public Library for a book signing on March 29. Born in Reading, Pennsylvania, King writes short fiction and young adult fiction.
King’s first book, The Dust of 100 Dogs, published in 2009, was a finalist for the Cybils Award for Young Adult Fantasy & Science Fiction and was among the selection of American Library Association’s Best Fiction for Young Adults.
King’s website describes her visits and presentations as “thought-provoking educational events for all ages.” She offers programs for various age groups and will present at the Hershey Public Library on March 29.
The Hershey High School Library Advisory Board is having two meetings in February and March to discuss her book in preparation for her visit.
