Hershey loses to Lower Dauphin

The Lower Dauphin Falcons beat the Hershey Trojans 28-0 on Friday, November 4.

The Hershey High School seniors bid farewell to football on November 4th. After being honored on the field with their families, the HHS Trojan seniors played hard at their final game against LD.

With 6 minutes and 42 seconds left in the 2nd quarter, Brendan Shaffer, a Lower Dauphin player, made a 96 yard run to score a touchdown. The Hershey Trojans steadily held off the Lower Dauphin Falcons through the third quarter. The Falcons scored 3 more touchdowns, two by Shaffer and one by Isaac Ray in the fourth quarter.

Grant Santangelo, a Hershey High School Junior, was a key player during the game, making nine completed passes. Lower Dauphin made seven.

The Lower Dauphin Falcons currently have a 5-5 record. The Hershey Trojans end the season with a 1-9 record.
