Hershey Trojans beat Mechanicsburg Wildcats 27-0 for the first win of the year.

The game was away at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Park on October 21, 2016.

Junior Jack Shea had a 12 yard rushing touchdown for the first points of the game. Senior Matt Stauch recovered a fumble for a touchdown following a strip sack.

Hershey preserved the shutout by blocking a field goal attempt. Shea had a 71 yard run for a touchdown. Juniors Bradyn Minnich and Ryan Nerino both had interceptions. Senior Joe Brittain ran for the final touchdown of the game.

Hershey’s next game is Friday October 28, 2016 against Susquehanna Township.
