The principal of Hershey High School, Dr. Jeffrey Smith, announced that the high school is transitioning to eight 45 minute periods a day on February 16th in an email sent on February 4, 2021.

This schedule will retain the two in-person and two virtual days of the week, as well as the asynchronous learning day on Wednesday. The major change is that instead of four hour and a half classes, there will be eight 45 minute classes, like before the pandemic.

This new schedule will  begin on Tuesday, February 16th after an extended weekend.
