Hershey Boys Basketball goes head to head with McDevitt

Luke Blackburn and junior captains Sean Coller and Jake Wilson led the team to victory with a final score of 62-58, in favor of the Hershey Trojans.

Drew Painter, junior, faced a McDevitt player in a tip off to start the game. Coller, Painter, and Wilson started on the court, along with junior Chase Wallace and sophomore Luke Hedrick. The first half went back and forth between the two teams, leaving HHS in the lead with a score of 36-24.

With three minutes left in the game, HHS and McD were tied 58-58. Hershey then regained  the lead by making a two point shot. The final points of the game were scored by Coller during a foul shot.
“We are excited to have beat McDevitt because since they have entered our conference, we have not beaten them,” said Coach Paul Blackburn.
