On Friday, October 28, the Susquehanna Township Indians defeated the Hershey Trojans 42-10 at Hersheypark Stadium.

Despite an interception taken for a touchdown by Jordan Spidle, the Trojans couldn’t finish on offense. Their only other points came from a 25 yard field goal from Christian Corado. Grant Santangelo, quarterback, went 13 for 29, and threw an interception.

Susquehanna’s quarterback, Marshal Kent, threw for a total of 201 yards, while Mari Wright scored 18 out of 42 of the Indian’s points.

Hershey gained a bit of momentum at the start of the second half, with Glojere Hampton returning the Indians’ kick-off for 50 yards.

Susquehanna returned a punt for a touchdown and blocked a punt attempt for a touchdown return. The Indians’ Shakeel Sheppard fumbled the ball on a run and the Trojans picked it up in the endzone for a touchback.
