During all lunch periods April 2 to April 11, the Spanish National Honor Society and Spanish Club is selling pulseras and bolsitas. Each pulsera is $5 and each bolsita is $15.
The Pulsera Project shares that their goal is to “brighten U.S. schools with art and compelling cultural education.” Proceeds from the fundraiser will support Central American artists.
“We are fortunate to be a part of a project and I hope that SNHS and Hershey high school can keep participating so we as a community can help improve the lives of others,” said Hershey High School’s Spanish National Honor Society’s vice president, Genevieve Woods-Abbe. There are many charity-based clubs at Hershey High School, such as Helping People Period and Key Club.
To purchase pulseras or bolsitas, visit the table outside the cafeteria during lunch or order ahead here and bring a digital copy of the receipt to the table.
