Hersheypark Announces New Roller Coaster for summer 2025

Hersheypark has revealed plans for a new roller coaster set to debut in the 2025 season. The coaster, named “Twizzlers Twisted Gravity,” will feature a unique high-thrill pendulum design that defies gravity at speeds of 68 miles per hour.

The ride time will be 1 minute and 10 seconds and reach up to 137 feet, making it the tallest screamin’ swing in the world. Before passengers ride, they can choose their favorite Twizzlers flavors from four branded zones across the two gondolas. The flavors include strawberry, cherry, chocolate, and black licorice.

The pendulum will swing above Spring Creek, replacing the Amphitheater in The Hollow. Construction is set to begin in early 2025, and the ride will be ready for visitors by summer.
