The well-known musical “Beetlejuice” is at the Hershey Theatre. The cast started performing on September 24th and they will end on the 29th to present eight bone-chilling performances.
The high-energy musical is about a deceased couple who try to haunt the new residents of their former home and call for help from a devilish bio-exorcist ghost named Beetlejuice (Justin Collete), who is summoned by saying his name three times. One of the new residents is a young girl named Lydia Deetz (Nevada Riley), who is dealing with her mother’s death and her neglectful father.
The musical is based on the 1988 film directed by the quirky American director Tim Burton. He is known for his gothic-fantasy films like “Edward Scissorhands” and “Corpse Bride”.
On tour since 2022, Beetlejuice, the musical, has received mixed reviews but is rated 4.5/5 stars on TripAdvisor.
