Hershey Announces New “Shaq-A-Licious XL Gummies”

Hershey launched a partnership this past August with famous basketball player Shaquille O’Neal to create soft gummy candy.

The “Shaq-A-Licious XL Gummies” are available in two flavors: original and sour. The Original features flavors like peach, berry punch, and orange. They are all shaped like his head.

The sour version includes gummies uniquely shaped like Shaq’s iconic nicknames, Diesel, The Big Cactus, and The Big Shamrock. They come in pineapple, mixed berry, and watermelon flavors.

The Hershey company introduced the gummies by saying “The biggest kid in the candy store is now bringing you gummies bursting with bold flavors and designed to bring fun to every bite.”

The extra-large size represented the man himself. The four-time NBA champion is 7’1 ” tall and weighs 235 pounds.

The Shaq-A-Licious XL Gummies are a playful nod to Shaq’s iconic status on and off the court. The successful partnership combines sports and candy to make an exciting, yummy product.
