Due to Governor Wolf’s closure of all non-essential business, gyms around Pennsylvania were forced to close their doors. This is not stopping gyms from providing workouts to their customers. Many gyms are turning to live workouts where trainers can interact with customers.

Power Train Gym of Hershey is providing workout classes to the community. The gym is offering speed classes, bootcamp classes, and yoga. In addition to daily workouts, the gym is posting health videos, such as how to eat healthy during quarantine. The workouts are available for anyone, it is not necessary to be a member to watch.

All of Power Train’s workouts can be found on the PowerTrain OnDemand Facebook live and can be rewatched.

The Dailey Method gym is offering online classes via their website. The gym is offering a variety of classes that can be done with minimum equipment, and the gym if offering a 14 day free trial. The classes are offered on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Yoga on Chocolate by STUDIO B POWER YOGA is offering yoga instruction 7 days a week. The classes will be on “Zoom,” and the attendees are asked to be on mute. To sign up and pay for a class, check the schedule on their website. All class passes and memberships are able to be used.
