Both the Boys’ and Girls’ Soccer teams will face off against Lower Dauphin on Tuesday, October 8th. The girls will compete at home at the 322 Turf Field at 6:30, while the boys will travel to Lower Dauphin for their match at 7:00.
Hershey Boys currently have a record of 10-4-1. On September 12th, earlier in the season, they faced Lower Dauphin and drew 1-1. Lower Dauphin Boys currently have a record of 5-7-2.
The Hershey Girls team has a record of 4-6-2. Their last matchup with Lower Dauphin did not go well, as they lost 6-0. The Lower Dauphin Girls will be tough to beat, as they are 11-2.
Both teams are going to want to work very hard before their upcoming matchup. The boys are also trying to respond after being State Champions two years ago, and having disappointingly lost in the semifinals last year in the State Championship.
Hershey’s Boys team most recently lost to Northern York with a score of 2-1 during their Senior Night on Wednesday, October 2. The Girls also lost to Northern York with a final score of 3-0.
The girls’ team will face Middletown on Saturday, October 5, before their matchup with Lower Dauphin. The girls will play at the 322 Turf Field at 4:00.
