Hershey girls lacrosse tied their scrimmage against Hempfield 5-5 on March 18, 2023. It was an intense scrimmage where both teams went back and forth for the win. 

Within the first few minutes, Hempfield scored the first goal of the game. Hershey came back and scored the second goal. Each team scored twice more before halftime.

The girls went into the second half with the score tied at 3-3. Hannah Russel had some good shots as well as Emily Beitzel. Defense stayed on their girls and was aggressive, while attack had good ball movement and worked together to get two more goals. 

Hershey goalie, Olivia Fox, had quite a few saves and impressive clears. Her contribution to the turnout was vital. Hershey’s defense stuck together and held back the Hempfield attack.
