This past Sunday singer Ariana Grande announced her engagement on instagram to Dalton Gomez, a luxury real estate agent. Grande shared a thread of photos of her and her fiance and her engagement ring. 

The pictures were captioned “forever n then some”, giving a close up of her pearl and oval diamond ring. The post got lots of attention, from friends, family, and fans. A source told PEOPLE, “They couldn’t be happier, they’re just so excited. This is a happy time for them, both sets of parents are thrilled.” Grande’s post is currently the most liked picture on instagram. 

Grande and Gomez have been together since the beginning of this year, and have been quarenting together in LA. Grande is trying to avoid another public relationship, and wants to keep her’s and Gomez’s quiet. 

The engagement came two years after her split off engagement from comedian Pete Davidson, and the day before her new show ‘Excuse Me I Love You’ began airing on Netflix.
