The 100th anniversary of the Pennsylvania Farm Show took place from January 9th through January 16th 2016. The farm show is known to be the largest indoor agricultural exposition in the nation with the complex being twenty four acres spread about eleven buildings. This impressive complex also includes three arenas. The PA Farm Show provides farmers with a place to show their animals and put them in competitions. Also the general public is able to see the most up to date equipment and be educated on agriculture in PA. Within the week there are nearly 6,000 animals, 10,000 competitive exhibits, and 300 commercial exhibits for people to see. Along with animals and exhibits people also attend the Farm Show for the Pennsylvania Food Courts and Market Place.
