Sushi Rolling Classes offered at the Vineyard at Hershey

On Thursday, February 6th, the Vineyard at Hershey will be hosting sushi rolling classes.

They have two different time options: 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm and 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Currently, one ticket for either class can be purchased for $25.00 (plus a fee of $6.49) on Event Brite. Each class is an hour long.

Instructor Nate will teach you how to make two basic sushi rolls: salmon and avocado.

The sessions will be at 598 Schoolhouse Road, 1705, Middletown, PA. Also note they have a refund policy of 7 days before the event.

Our Goal

Your donation will support the student journalists of Hershey High School. Your contribution will allow us to purchase a new mirrorless digital camera and telephoto lens.

The camera we are working toward is the Sony a7 II Mirrorless Camera. It retails for about $1000 at B&H Photo and Video and comes with a kit lens, a 28-70mm. The lens is a big telephoto suitable for event and sports coverage, Sigma 70-200mm f/2.8 DG DN OS Sports Lens (Sony E). This lens retails for about $1500 at B&H Photo and Video.
