Hershey High School Trojans defeated the Mechanicsburg Wildcats with a final score of 54-41 on Tuesday, December 11, 2018.

The Trojans established an early 18-8 lead by the end of the first quarter. Despite a late fourth quarter charge by the Wildcats a timely three pointer by senior Griffin Jackson, the Trojans secured a 13-point win.

“It was a great first win for the season, I couldn’t be prouder of the team,” said sophomore Joey Corado who scored 8 points.

Jackson led the Trojans scoring with 24 points all of which were from 3-point range.  Sophomore Jackson Mascari added 10 points.

With the win over Mechanicsburg, the Trojans secured their first victory of the season.

The Trojans will play Cedar Cliff at home on Friday, December 14, 2018.
