Hershey Boys’ Varsity Basketball loses to Bishop McDevitt

Hershey Boys’ Varsity Basketball lost to Bishop McDevitt 64-80 on Tuesday, January 21, 2020. 

In the first half, the Hershey Trojans’ managed to outscore McDevitt 33-31. As soon as the third quarter started, McDevitt began to take over the game, scoring a total of 49 points in the second half and ultimately winning by 16.

Hershey senior Kohen Stover had a standout performance with 16 points. In the first quarter of play, he made two three-pointers. 

Hershey junior Jackson Mascari scored 16 points. He managed to draw two fouls which sent him to the free throw line four times where he made all four of his shots.

With this loss, Hershey Boys’ Basketball record so far this season is 7-9. The Trojans next game is at Palmyra in a big rivalry game on Friday, January 24, 2020.
